inHot take: Having a set meal time keeps my day on track
My lunchtime is locked in tighter than a bank vault (seriously, 12:29 feels like chaos). Pick a time and defend it like it’s your job, because apparently my willpower vanishes if a meeting runs long. The vending machine starts calling my name, and next thing I know I’m eating cheese crackers for lunch. It’s less about hunger and more about not letting the workday win.

inHot take: Having a set meal time keeps my day on track
Setting a firm lunch hour really does anchor your day. I go for 12:30 because it splits my workday evenly. Why let hunger decide when you eat? Last week I missed my window and ended up snacking on junk from the vending machine. Now I block out that time on my shared calendar so coworkers know not to schedule meetings. Sticking to it takes effort, but the routine pays off.
