Question about the retainer model: did a $1,200/mo client finally show you the light?
I ran my little shop on hourly billing for 2 years until a client in Dayton said "I stopped calling you because I felt bad about the clock." So, flat retainer or keep the hourly? I honestly can't decide which one I'm wrong about.

Heard a podcast say flat retainers stop clients from hoarding your time.
