Used to send proposals as a 9 page PDF, now it's one page and I close way more
Back in 2023 I was dumping everything into these giant decks and deals kept stalling at the price slide. Switched to a single page in January: the goal, the number, and 3 bullets on how we get there. Closed 5 of 7 pitches since then, which is way up from maybe 2 in 10. Anyone else go shorter and see the same thing?
