Vent: Walked through a Target parking lot and counted 6 different agency vans doing the same thing

I used to be one of those people who rolled their eyes at the agency vans, thinking it was just a waste of gas. But after seeing three different vans pass my car while I was stuck in traffic last month, I finally got what they were doing. They were checking security cameras and waiting for a call to back up the actual officers. Made me realize it's a real strategy, not just driving around for fun.

Three vans in one month though? That's a lot of bad traffic timing or they're just circling the block. Not sure it's some master plan, @stellag21, could just be they got lost or something.
