Crossed $1M in annual agency revenue on a Tuesday and barely felt it
We cleared the million mark back in March but it was just another day. Nobody popped champagne, no big client moment, just payroll going out like always. Felt weird cause I chased that number for 4 years and when it hit I was more worried about a staff member quitting the next week. The milestone that actually mattered was hitting 15 steady retainer agreements last fall. That's when cash flow stopped being a mystery. Any of you hit a big revenue number and feel nothing, but smaller operational wins hit harder?
