Walked into a rival agency's office in Denver and saw their whole team eating lunch together at 12:30
I was dropping off a contract at their place on Tuesday and nobody was at their desks. Whole team of 14 people, all in the break room, phones face down, just talking. Back at my agency we eat at our desks and answer emails through lunch because we feel guilty stopping. It made me wonder if we are working harder or just working scared. Do you guys actually take a real lunch break, or is that just a thing other agencies do?
