Went from hand sorting 400 survey answers to a script that flagged the messy ones
I used to spend a whole Sunday tagging open-ended survey answers in a spreadsheet, and last month I finally had a small AI tool group the replies by theme before I read them. It caught 3 clusters I would have missed in the pile of 400, and I only had to fix about 15 labels by hand. Curious if anyone here has a setup for checking the clusters it spits out, because mine got a little loose on the sarcastic answers.
