Bought a $40 air fryer cookbook at an airport in Denver and it's mostly a list of things I already knew
Picked it up 3 years ago before a flight, mostly because I felt bad for the lady at the kiosk. Every recipe in it says the same two things: shake halfway and spray with oil. That's it. $40 for 120 pages of that. My mom's old index card from the 90s, the one with her sweet potato timing on it, teaches me more. I still use the book as a coaster, so I guess I got something out of it. Anyone got a real go-to for crispy chickpeas in these things? Mine keep coming out chalky.
