Switched from cordless to pneumatic rivet guns after 5 years and never going back

I fought my Milwaukee battery gun for way too long on this Cessna wing job last week, swapped to a pneumatic gun from a buddy and the finish was way cleaner. Anyone else find battery tools just don't give the same feel on tight spots?

The pneumatic guns just let you feel what the fastener is doing through the trigger, you can't get that feedback through a battery motor. I've been on jobs where the cordless just hammered away while the pneumatic let me sneak right into those tight wing skins without any extra fuss.

You want me to believe that buzzing, rattling battery tool gave you any kind of fine control? Come on. That thing was probably vibrating so hard you couldn't even tell if you were driving the fastener into a wing skin or a block of cheese. Meanwhile the pneumatic just purred along and let you actually feel when to stop, not just pray the motor didn't strip the head off. But hey, if you like your tools with extra drama and a side of cussing, keep grabbing for that cordless. I'll be over here with my air hose actually getting the job done without a fight.
