Thought oak wilt was overhyped until it hit my block in Springfield

Had three red oaks drop leaves in a week last August after I ignored the early signs. Now I'm drilling and injecting every tree on my property because the neighbor lost two more this spring. Anybody else caught off guard by how fast it spreads once it takes hold?

Nah you're overreacting... oaks are tougher than people give em credit for.

ha @logan_schmidt you're probably right, i'm the type of guy who'd trip over an acorn and call it a tree attack lol
