Warning: a $12 brake bleed turned into 9 hours in my garage
Tried to bleed the brakes on my 2008 Civic two Saturdays back. The bleeder screw on the rear passenger side was seized solid, snapped clean off. Had to pull the whole caliper, drill out the old screw, and run to two parts stores in Reno before I found a replacement. What should have been a 45 minute job ate my whole weekend. Anyone got a trick for stuck bleeder screws that does not end in drilling?
