Handling noise complaints after tire changes

A client came back saying their car makes a hum after I swapped the tires. I rechecked torque and alignment, but the sound persists. What steps do you usually take?

I read somewhere road force variation can cause humming even with correct alignment.

My fat fingers would mess up that measurement too.

Ever think it was just an alignment thing? I used to, but what @linda_nelson49 said about road force makes a lot of sense now.
