DAE notice the elevator buttons at the Cleveland Clinic garage got worse after the remodel?
I parked in the same garage on 89th Street for years and the old buttons were plain and easy. After the remodel they swapped in these flat touch panels with no raised edges, so you can't feel which floor you picked, and the numbers are tiny gray on gray. My dad is 71 and spent a solid minute poking at it while people waited behind us. Why do buildings keep doing this when the old setup worked fine?
