Question about fixing a menu that nobody could read: huge buttons or just better contrast?
Last week a buddy's food truck menu in Des Moines failed a 3 second test with 9 out of 10 folks, so I swapped the 6 skinny fonts for 2 bold ones and added a solid dark band behind the prices. Do you go big and dumb with sizing, or is contrast alone enough to save a cluttered layout?
