Shoutout to the parking garage exit that has 3 different payment machines, none of them working the same way
Had a conversation with a tourist in Denver last week who got stuck for 20 minutes because one machine only took coins, one only took cards with a chip, and the third needed an app. Why do we let designers get away with this stuff... anyone else have a spot that just picks a new payment system every visit?

3 different payment machines" sounds like my life, I can barely figure out which way the card goes in most of the time. Last week I tried to pay for parking and ended up just waving my phone at a cardboard cutout of a QR code.
