The new bus shelter downtown has a roof that drips right onto the bench

I got soaked waiting for the 5:15 last Tuesday. The architect must have never stood under it in the rain. Anyone know a good spot to wait for the eastbound route instead?

Actually, architects have to test designs in all weather. The problem is usually the builder or the city's maintenance crew. They might have put the gutters on wrong, or leaves are clogging them up. It's a shame because that shelter looked nice in the plans. For the eastbound, the coffee shop is okay, but the library stop two blocks down has a much bigger overhang.

The architect probably did stand under it, but only on a sunny day. Try the coffee shop doorway across the street.
