Can we talk about how I drew every logo at 200px for a year before catching this?
A print shop in Boise rejected my badge design because the lines vanished when shrunk to 0.75 inches, and that is when it clicked that I only ever zoomed in. Now I sketch at postage stamp size first, so what size do you all start at?

Did you ever test the sketch at actual print size on paper before sending it off, or was the 0.75 inch badge the first real check? Trying to figure out if the zoom habit was hiding it the whole time.
