Can we talk about the "just add a loading spinner" tip? I owe that guy an apology.
A dev on a forum told me a spinner would fix my angry support tickets for the slow inventory search, and after 2 weeks of arguing in my head I finally added one, and the complaints dropped to almost nothing even though the search was just as slow. Turns out people just wanted to know something was happening, so what is the dumb little fix you swore would not work until it did?
