I called dark mode a gimmick for 2 years, then tracked my own screen time in Fort Worth and ate my words
For 6 months I logged every app I opened at night and dark mode cut my late scrolling from 90 minutes to 35, mostly because the glaring white menus were the thing waking me up. Curious if anyone else has actual numbers, or did it do nothing for you?
