I finally reset my pharmacy account password after 47 minutes and 3 failed codes
Last Tuesday I tried to refill a prescription on my pharmacy's app and got stuck on a security code screen that kept timing out. The app asked for a 6 digit code sent by text, but every time I typed it in, the screen said the code was expired even though it showed up seconds earlier. I called support and the guy on the phone said the app uses a 5 minute timer but the screen doesn't show it, so I had to request a new code and type fast. It took 47 minutes to get back in when it should have taken 2. Has anyone else run into a timer that runs in the background without showing you how much time is left?
