My contractor CRM reset my whole job schedule by accident

Last Tuesday I opened the app to move one estimate to next week and it silently restored an old backup from April. Every single job date on my calendar got shifted back to where it was 3 months ago, so my crew showed up to the wrong house on Wednesday. The kicker is there was no confirmation popup and no undo button, just a tiny toast notification that vanished in 3 seconds. I called support and they said it was a known sync issue with their latest update. Has anyone else had a scheduling app quietly nuke their week like that?
