My wife's new smart thermostat has a menu buried three taps deep to turn on the fan.

She was trying to air out the kitchen after burning some toast and just gave up, saying 'I guess we live with smoke smell now.' Has anyone found a thermostat that makes basic controls easy to find?

Yeah, a big button for the fan is key, so I just stuck a smart switch right on the wall for ours.

Ugh, that's the worst! Honestly, these things are supposed to make life easier. I just want a big physical button for the fan.
