Paid $40 for a password manager, clawed back a full day of my life
Used to keep passwords in a notes app. Twenty logins, all variations of the same phrase. Thought it was fine. Then I spent 3 hours last Tuesday resetting my bank account after a typo locked me out. Bought a real manager for $40 a year. Import took 10 minutes. Now autofill just works. Why did I wait 4 years to stop being cheap? Anyone else suffer for a decade before paying for basic tools?
