Rant: My bank's transfer page had 6 steps, now it has 2, and I actually called to say thanks
Three months back I tried to send $50 to my sister in Phoenix and the app made me pick an account, pick a payee, pick a date, confirm a code, answer a security question, then confirm again. I counted 6 screens and it took me almost 4 minutes standing in a grocery store parking lot. Last week I went to do the same thing and it was 2 screens, amount and who, done in about 20 seconds. Turns out they cut the security question and the date picker, which nobody ever used anyway. What's the dumbest extra step an app has made you do for something simple?
