Shoutout to barbers who keep it simple with beard trims... I always thought more steps meant a better cut, but watching an old timer work changed my mind.

We always seem to buy into the idea that more steps mean better results, like with gadgets or recipes. Seeing a barber nail a trim with just a few moves is a good reminder that isn't always true. Guess we're all suckers for the trick of effort over actual skill.
