Pro tip: I chased a phantom creak on a guy's bike for 2 hours before finding it in the seatpost binder
Customer dropped off a 2018 Trek Domane at the shop on Tuesday saying it clicked under power, and I checked the bottom bracket, pedals, chainring bolts, even swapped the rear wheel. Turned out the seatpost binder bolt was dry and flexing just enough to squeak at 200 watts. Greased it, charged him 20 bucks, and he looked at me like I'd cured cancer, anyone else got a go-to spot they check first now?
