Warning: I saw a bike go from a creaky mess to silent after a proper frame prep
This guy brought in a carbon gravel frame he'd built up himself, and the bottom bracket area sounded like a bag of rocks after 200 miles. I mean, it was bad. We pulled it apart, cleaned off the old paste, and applied the right torque with fresh stuff in a star pattern. The noise was just gone. Anyone else find that most creaks come from people rushing the prep work?
