My 1998 copy of El Grande finally gave up the ghost last night
The plastic tower in the center just snapped clean in two when I was setting it up for a game, probably from getting brittle after 25 years. I tried to glue it back together but the pieces won't hold under the weight of the cubes. Has anyone found a good replacement part for an old board game, or do you just make something new?

Try a 3D printing service for that tower.

3D printing service made me think of my friend who tried to print a tiny Eiffel Tower. It came out looking like a weird paperclip sculpture.
