The 2 AM rule finally fixed my game night invites
I kept getting 9 people showing up for games capped at 5 because everyone said yes weeks ahead but flaked as the date got near, so now I send invites with a hard RSVP deadline 48 hours before and anyone who doesn't answer by then gets a pity watch list spot, has anyone else tried a cutoff time like that or do you just embrace the chaos?
