That flange fit-up in Gary went sideways fast
Turns out the bolt holes were 2 degrees off because the shop in Gary skipped the final machining pass, and my fitter caught it at 6am before we torqued anything, has anyone else dealt with a mismatched flange that the drawing swore was fine?

Caught it just in time, lucky your fitter was on the ball. I've seen shops try to fudge that final pass before, and it always shows up at the worst moment, usually after you've already got the thing hanging. Good thing you checked the bolt holes first, torqueing a mismatched flange is a nightmare to undo.
