Hot take: our club went from 3 people talking to 9 in two months by dropping the group chat
We moved all book talk to the meeting room only, no texting about the book between meetings, and attendance jumped from 5 regulars to 11 by the March meetup at Nellie's Diner. Turns out half the group felt like they'd already said everything by the time we sat down. Anyone else try a no-chat rule and did it stick?
