Serious question, my book club spent 45 minutes fighting over a book none of us liked
We picked a 900 page doorstop for a 3 week read and half the group admitted they skimmed the last 200 pages, but here's the thing, that meeting was way more fun than the one where everyone agreed the book was great, so do we keep picking books we'll actually finish or books we'll actually argue about?
