Dropped $180 on a bone folder and brass weights from a shop in Portland that turned out to be dropshipped junk

I saw a small bindery supply shop online with nice photos and ordered a rosewood bone folder and a set of brass backing weights, and when the box showed up 3 weeks later the folder was plastic with a wood grain print and the weights were pot metal painted gold. I emailed them twice and got one reply saying the listing photos were "for display only," which is not a thing that should be allowed to happen. Has anyone found a supplier who actually shows the real item they ship, or am I stuck driving to a store in person from now on?
