Appreciation post: My tracker spread used to be a total mess
For about six months, I tried to track everything in one big monthly spread. It had my mood, water, sleep, and three habits all crammed together. I saw a post here from someone in Austin who just tracked one thing per page. I switched to a simple weekly mood log on its own page last Monday. Now I actually look at it and fill it in. Has anyone else found that simpler trackers work better?

Totally get that. Started just tracking making my bed and it felt so silly. But that one win in the morning made the rest of the day feel more doable. Now if I skip it, the whole rhythm feels off. Funny how a small habit can anchor everything else.

Yeah the "anchor" thing never clicked for me... tried the bed making routine and it just felt like another chore. Maybe it works for some folks like @beth_anderson but my day just doesn't run on that kind of track.
