I started putting my weekly to-do list on a sticky note inside my journal
My problem was that my weekly spread felt too fixed, and I'd feel bad moving tasks around. So last month, I just wrote my list on a sticky note and stuck it on the page. That way, I could move the whole note to the next week if I needed to, and my main spread stayed clean. Has anyone else tried a trick like this to keep things flexible?

Oh that is SO smart. I do the exact same thing with sticky notes for my daily stuff. Total game changer for not feeling stuck.

Right, the "total game changer" feeling until you have so many sticky notes that your desk looks like a yellow snowstorm. I swear mine multiply overnight. The real game changer is when you finally peel them all off and the desk feels weirdly naked and quiet.

Ugh, I feel that. I started using one big whiteboard for the daily stuff and it cut down on the sticky note mess. The clean slate feeling is still there, just less to peel off.
