My whole weekly layout just fell apart on me
I spent two hours last Sunday setting up a really detailed weekly spread with color coded trackers for water, sleep, and mood. By Wednesday, I had only filled in half of it and felt totally behind. I think the problem was trying to track too many things at once, maybe five or six different boxes per day. Has anyone else found that simple weekly logs work better than packed ones?

I used to try and track seven things and it was a total mess. Now I just do my mood and whether I worked out, and it actually gets done.

What was the hardest thing to keep up with? I had the same issue and cut it down to just three trackers. Now I only log sleep, water, and one big task for the day. The fancy spreads look nice but they never last for me.

You're right about the fancy spreads. I found that if a tracker needs more than a quick glance, I'll just stop doing it.
