Unpopular opinion: My $40 fountain pen is the only reason my bullet journal still exists

I got a Lamy Safari last year after my cheap pens kept skipping and bleeding through the pages. That one pen made writing feel good, not like a chore. I stopped dreading my daily log because the ink flow is so smooth. Now I actually want to open my journal. Anyone else have a simple tool that completely changed their habit?

Made writing feel good, not like a chore" feels like a stretch. I used a fancy pen for a while and it just made me more stressed about losing it. A basic one does the same job without the worry.

@kai_stone99 gets it, a fancy pen just adds stress lol. Basic ones never let you down.
