A guy in Baltimore ran his thumb down my drawer front and asked if I sanded with my eyes closed
I had been sanding to 220 and calling it good, which left faint swirl marks under his shop lights that I never saw in mine. He told me to go to 320 on the face and hand sand with the grain before the first coat. Bought a $30 raking light and now I catch stuff I used to miss. What grit do you all take drawer fronts to before finishing?
