Changed my mind on drawer slides after a kitchen job

Used to swear by side mounts, cheap and fast. Then a client in Akron had me redo a pantry after their slides sagged in 18 months. Switched to undermount on my own builds now. Anyone else pay the price for skipping the good hardware?
