My truck went from a disaster zone to spotless in 2 weeks and the change was one plastic bin
I used to have coax fittings, zip ties, and splitter bags all over my truck floor, plus a half eaten sandwich from 3 days ago. Two weeks back I grabbed a $12 clear bin from Walmart in Tulsa and started dumping every loose connector in it at the end of each job. By day 4 I could actually find a 2 way splitter without digging, and by day 10 I was finishing my last call 20 minutes faster because I wasn't hunting for parts. My sup even peeked in the back and said it looked like a different truck. What's your setup for keeping fittings and tools from turning into a pile?
