Ran 9 jobs in one day in Phoenix and only 2 of them were normal
August heat in Phoenix is brutal but this past Wednesday everything just clicked. First job was a simple internet swap, done in 20 minutes, then the next 7 were all older customers who actually had their boxes in spots I could reach without crawling through attics. Around 4pm I hit a house where the guy had already run all the coax himself through the walls, labeled every single line, and even left me water bottles and a folding chair. Finished the whole route by 6:30 which never happens. What's the weirdest thing a customer has done to make your job easier?
