My uncle in Tulsa swore by a $12 tarp over any fancy tent footprint
He said just cut a piece of Tyvek from the hardware store and fold the edges under, and after 4 trips in wet Ozark clay my $45 footprint is still soaked while his stays dry. Anyone else skip the branded gear and go straight to the hardware aisle?
