Skeptical about those titanium sporks, now I eat with one at home
I bought a $18 titanium spork last spring just to shut up my buddy who camps with one everywhere. First trip out to Lost Maples State Park, the fork side bent a little when I was scraping a freeze dried meal bag. But then I used it for 8 more trips, no rust, no flex, and it still looks new. My stainless steel fork set from 2019 has more dents than this thing. Has anyone else dumped their regular utensils at home for ultralight gear, or am I just weird?

A titanium spork that survives scraping freeze dried bags while your fancy stainless set is out here collecting dents like battle scars is a plot twist I did not see coming. Next thing you know you'll be stirring coffee with a tent stake and judging people who own actual silverware. My kitchen drawer is still holding strong but the camp gear keeps creeping closer to the front, which is probably how it starts.
