Client kept asking for 'more pop', then my Figma file got deleted

Worked with a bakery client for 3 months, every revision they said 'make it pop' without any real notes. Last week they wanted the same layout but suddenly everything had to match their old Canva menu, which looked like a 2012 flyer. Has anyone else had a client basically undo your whole system and expect you to redo it in a day?
