Per crane is the wrong way to do it, hate to say it. The crane is just the machine, the setup is about the load, the pick point, the radius, and the ground you're sitting on, and none of that follows the machine around from site to site. You're on a 60 ton Tadano now but the day you swap cranes all that notebook goes in the trash if it's tied to the iron instead of the job. Log the lift, the weight, the angle, the tag lines, the soil, and the date, and then it works no matter what you're running. Your mileage may vary but I'd bet money the two close calls this year had nothing to do with which crane you were on.
