Unpopular opinion: the $4 coin op car wash beat my $60/month unlimited plan
I had the unlimited membership at a place near my apartment in Columbus for 8 months and my paint was still dull and gritty. Last month I switched to a $4 self serve bay and spent maybe 20 minutes with the foam brush, and the difference in how the clear coat looked was honestly crazy. The unlimited places recycle so much water and the brushes get nasty, so I was basically rubbing dirt back into the panels. Now I just bring two microfiber towels and hit the high pressure rinse first. Anyone else ditch their monthly wash club for the coin op and never look back?
