Shoutout to the dispatcher in Boise who saved my $2,400 move
My truck broke down outside Boise last Thursday and the dispatcher at the transport company rerouted a carrier for no extra charge, which never happens. Has anyone else gotten lucky like that, or am I the only one who didn't get hosed on a reschedule?
