That driver who called me 15 times before pickup finally broke me
I booked a sedan transport from Austin to Phoenix and the guy kept calling nonstop, asking if the car had a sunroof, if there was a spare tire, if the trunk had any smell. It was like he was building a case file on my Kia. On pickup day he showed up 3 hours late and then complained that my driveway was too narrow, even though I sent him photos and measurements upfront. When he finally loaded the car, he said, "You know, I almost canceled on you last night." That comment stuck with me because he never once said sorry for the hassle, he just made it my problem. Has anyone else dealt with a transport driver who makes you feel like the inconvenience instead of the customer?
