Got a job offer 2 weeks ago, now the company is silent after I asked about relocation help

Interviewed with a logistics firm in Nashville back in March, they loved my background, offered me the role on the 8th. Salary is fair, but I need to move from Knoxville and that's like $3k in moving costs plus breaking my lease. I emailed the HR person last Tuesday asking if they have any relocation stipend or if that's something I can negotiate. It's been 9 days and nothing. Not even a "we'll get back to you." I emailed again today just asking for a timeline. Has anyone else had a company go dark right after an offer? Should I take the silence as a bad sign or are they just slow this time of year?
