PSA: That networking event in Chicago last month changed how I approach my resume
I went to a career fair in Chicago last month and talked to a recruiter from a mid-sized tech firm. She told me my resume was too focused on job duties instead of results. I had been listing things like 'managed a team of 5' but she said I should show what that team actually achieved. Anyone else get similar feedback from a recruiter and have tips on rewriting bullet points?

Did that recruiter give you any examples of what she meant? That kind of feedback is gold, it can totally change how you show your experience.

Same here, I got almost identical advice from a recruiter in Austin and @emma_young is right, that feedback is pure gold.
